Service Update

We deeply value the trust and loyalty our customers place in Nel's Bi-Lo Market. In the past, we had the privilege of delivering to Idaho Falls and Rexburg twice a year. However, due to the rising costs and staffing challenges, we have made the difficult decision to suspend this service.

Local Deliveries Only

Currently, we only offer deliveries within the Pocatello/Chubbuck area. We understand the inconvenience this may cause our patrons living outside of this area, and we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, we also do not provide shipping services for our meat products.

Special Arrangements for Out of Area Customers

For our dedicated customers residing outside of our delivery area, we offer a solution to ensure you can still enjoy our top-quality meats. When placing an order, please include a special comment or directly call our meat department to request that your order be pre-frozen after being cut and wrapped. This way, you can visit our store, bring a cooler, and pack the frozen meat securely. When packed in a cooler, the meat can remain frozen for approximately 3-5 hours, allowing ample time for you to transport it to your home.
